You like to use working out as therapy and talking in a group is not how you want to get your hardships addressed

You don’t have to sit still. Have a counselor there with you, during your workout, doing the workout with you to help you work through some of those emotions that may come up while you are pushing your body physically. Yes, the counselor does the workout with you

How This Program Works
This is a very different approach to counseling. Storms has counselors that are going to not only be working out with you, but pushing you through this work out.
This gives us the opportunity to see what some of those walls are that you have put up. The therapist will walk with you through various issues, teach you different skills, and build an alliance with you all while we are training together. We only have one rule. NOBODY QUITS!!!!!!!!
