You can’t help your upbringing, what you have experienced, and how you feel. However, people assume you should consider their feelings, but they take little to no time to consider how you may feel.

You don’t know how much more you can take.

You are trying so hard not to lose it.

Every day is like the most brutal fight of your life not to blow up on someone.

The people you love the most tend to catch the worst of it. Not because you want to but because you spend all day trying to hold it together for so long that you have little to no energy to restrain yourself when you get home.

Minor inconveniences become the most significant arguments, and you start to see that you are not okay and need help.

There is nothing wrong with being upset. No one should ever tell you how you should feel. However, what you do when you get upset can be the jumping-off place for a discussion, allowing us to identify why you have trouble managing your anger.
